Lagardère Travel Retail in Pacific brings new toy concepts to Sydney T2

As part of Sydney Airports T2 redevelopment, Lagardère Travel Retail welcome two new specialty concept stores to its retail portfolio: Kaboom and Lego®.

Located in Sydney’s recently revitalised Terminal 2 Pier B, Lagardère Travel Retail has opened the first to market LEGO store within the Pacific region in travel retail.

The 50sqm Lego store offers one of the world’s most iconic and succesful brands to the passengers travelling through T2, the busiest domestic passenger terminal in the Pacific region.“

Offering a range of exclusive Lego® products as well as family favourites, the store showcases a new and innovative store design and unmistakeable brand recognition, offering a true Lego® experience for passengers of all ages.

Directly adjacent to the Lego store is Lagardère Travel Retail’s well known and loved toys concept, Kaboom.  First opening its doors in Sydney T2 in 2004, Kaboom has now relocated to a new and larger 65sqm home within the Pier B retail precinct. 

Showcasing an international range of toys, activity packs, games, books, educational products, apparel and specialty confectionery, as well as excellent gifting choices for adults, Kaboom brings the most extensive range of toys to travel retail, all captured through a colourful and dynamic store design.

Both Lego® and Kaboom are cleverly positioned to become the new destination for toys and gifts in the T2 terminal, offering a colourful and childhood escape for all ages. Lagardère Travel Retail operates 17 stores across T1, T2 and T3 at Sydney Airport covering Travel Essentials, Duty  Free & Fashion and Foodservices.
